NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE

Proposed Intersection Improvements at SR-121 & 1500 West

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) invites all interested individuals and groups to a public meeting (open house format) regarding the proposed installation of a traffic signal at SR-121 (500 N) & 1500 West in Vernal, Utah.

The public is encouraged to attend to learn more about the project, review the proposed improvements, and provide feedback. Project representatives will be available to discuss details, answer questions, and gather input.

Date: Thursday, May 8, 2025
Location: Vernal City Hall (374 E Main St, Vernal, UT 84078)
Time: 5:30 – 7 P.M.

How to Provide Comments
Public comments will be accepted from May 8, 2025, to June 8, 2025. Comments may be submitted:
• In person at the public open house
• By email to: 1500westintersectionimproved@utah.gov
• By mail to: SR-121 Team, c/o WCG 2139 S 1260 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84119

The official comment period closes at midnight on June 8, 2025.
