Welcome to the ePM home page. We offer UDOT employees, local government customers and consultant’s access to electronic Program Management (ePM). This system provides information on the planning, funding, scheduling and staffing of UDOT design projects.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
Recently it was found the ePM application will not run with Java versions 9 & 10. In order to run the ePM application, the Java 8 version will need to be installed on your machine. We are currently researching this issue to find a resolution. As progress is being made on this issue, we will keep you updated.

If Consultant is performing the following duties:

  • Consultant Services Contract Administrator – Consultant Services augmentation staff contracted to manage contracts for Consultant Services under the direction of UDOT Consultant Services Manager.
  • Cost Estimator – Engineering augmentation staff contracted to provide support for engineer’s estimates, change orders and other support for UDOT Standards, Design, and other Central UDOT functions under the direction of primary UDOT Standards Manager.
  • Portfolio Manager Administrator – Consultant contracted to assist the UDOT Portfolio Manager in administering projects within the assigned portfolio.
  • Project Manager – Consultant contracted to represent UDOT to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of projects assigned by a Program or Portfolio Manager.
  • Project Manager Technician – Regional augmentation staff contracted to assist Regional Program Managers and Program Manager Specialist to perform administrative project management duties as assigned and under the direction of the primary UDOT manager.
  • Right-of-Way Oversight Manager – Processes and facilitates all Right-of-Way consultant contracts.
  • Region Contract Specialist – Consultant assists UDOT to facilitate review and closeout of construction projects, authorization of change orders, and other project closeout activities as assigned.
  • Central Construction Support – Consultant provides various application and Central Construction support, to include creating training documentation and procedures, contract review, and certified payroll customer support..
  • Consultant Services Contract Administrator – Consultant Services augmentation staff contracted to manage contracts for Consultant Services under the direction of UDOT Consultant Services Manager.

Then the UDOT Staff Augmentation forms are required:

All consultants that will be augmenting UDOT Staff must complete all three forms listed below for ePM access. Please work directly with the UDOT hiring manager for required information and signatures on forms. Once completed, the UDOT manager should email all 3 forms to epmsupport@utah.gov for approval and account creation.
