UDOT complies with the statewide General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (UPDES Permit Number UTRC00000)
The UDOT Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
describes the activities designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants from construction sites.
The MS4 Compliance Plan
is for projects that are under an acre of earth disturbance to ensure that best management practices (BMPs) are installed to prevent discharges of pollutants associated with construction activity from the UDOT right-of-way.
