TC3 was developed as a partnership among state departments of transportation (DOTs), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and its National Highway Institute (NHI), the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), industry associations and institutes, and academia. View courses |
TC3 courses are available in the UDOT Learning Portal and are recorded for completion. Courses taken outside of the Learning Portal are not recorded on the employee’s learning record. |
