Road closures:
- I-15 NB Off-Ramp (Exit 339): Crews will close the I-15 NB Off-Ramp (Exit 338) as early as Tuesday, July 2 from 7 p.m. – 5 a.m. to accommodate restriping activities and shifting barrier. Drivers can detour via 650 North (Exit 335) and expect minimal delays.
- Freeway Park Dr. and Ritter Dr. Intersection: Crews will close Freeway Park Dr. from Ritter Dr. intersection to 1500 W. as early as Thursday, June 20 for approximately 4-weeks to complete waterline work. Local traffic and business access will be accommodated. Drivers can detour via 1500 W. to Ritter Dr. to access Freeway Park businesses.
- 5600 S: Left Hand turns at Freeway Park Dr to HAFB (Wardleigh Rd) and from 5600 S to Freeway Park Dr., starting Sept. 29 through Fall 2024
- I-15 NB and Riverdale Rd Exit: Beginning Sept. 29, crews will close the existing I-15 NB on-ramp. The current I-15 NB off-ramp will shift. Drivers will travel the new Collector Distributor (CD) to access I-15 NB, Riverdale Rd, and Freeway Park Dr. Effective through Summer 2024
- SR-158 (Powder Mountain): Alternating one-way traffic is now in effect and controlled by temporary traffic signals around the clock. Be prepared to stop. Expect delays of up to 20 minutes. Remember not to stop or park between the two temporary signals. Through Fall 2024

Region One covers the northern part of the state, including the following counties: Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Morgan, Rich and Weber.
Our responsibility is to construct and maintain state roadways in the safest, most efficient manner possible.
Approximately 235 full-time employees work for Region One. We manage 942 center-line miles and 2655 lane miles of state roadway. Region One includes two national forests, one national historic site, seven state parks and three state highways designated “Scenic Byways.”
